Product Availability

Placing an Order

Shipping and Delivery

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – arrives within 15-25 business days after shipping

Please note that we currently do not ship to some Asian countries and certain remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, especially during peak seasons.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility as we have no control over these fees.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. We will provide a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
