Once you’ve placed your order, our fairy godmothers need 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your magical package before it ships.
Shipping Options & Timelines
We offer two magical delivery methods to bring your costumes to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives within 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (on orders over $50): Via EMS – arrives within 15-25 business days after shipping
Please note: We currently do not ship to some Asian countries and certain remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons and are estimates, not guarantees.
Magical Returns & Exchanges
While we strive to make every purchase perfect, we understand that sometimes a spell might need adjusting. That’s why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy for most items.
Returns Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged costumes with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. All returns require proof of purchase.
Important: Due to the intimate nature of some products, lingerie and plus-size costumes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. These items are clearly marked on product pages.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number (RA#).
- Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Write the RA# on the outside of the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error. - Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3-5 business days. If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
Refund Timeline and Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
For exchanges: If exchanging for a different size or style, we’ll ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Standard or free shipping rates apply based on your order value.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

- Plus Size costumes
Please choose these items carefully, as they cannot be returned for fit or style reasons.
